All terrain capability – capable of adapting to extremes in the terrain.

Versatile – functionally speaking.

Weather and Climate tolerant.

Protects occupants from weather extremes.

Minimalistic – It will be a work vehicle hence L.C.D screens and seat warmers are not required.

Uncomplicated operation – The Ticos and Ticas are not stupid people but this requirement would defiantly make our vehicle more appealing to a people that are said to resist change.

Strong/Durable

Capable of carrying multiple passengers.

Run on an alternative fuel source.

Encourage organic farming.

Capable of carrying a significant amount of weight.
E.g. farming produce

Be a size that suits its function
E.g. A small time farmer does not need a vehicle capable of carrying twenty tones of produce. This will reduce energy wastage.

Should a farm vehicle be a farm industry? could our vehicle be universally adaptable to all the farm requirements?
If we consider a tractor it is basically an engine and wheels with adaptability to various peices of equipment. A walking or pedestrian tractor can do all the same things. PTO shafts operate all the extraneous devices such as augers and can drag a rotary plough or similar devices.
Can an agricultural vehicle also be a packing factory? Can it be an irrigation pump and can it be reversed to gather power from irrigation conduits to power family homes.
