Meets Costa Rican Vehicle Standard and requirements
Seating capacity for typical family 2-5 members
Ability to increase capacity for addional members (optional)
Able to accommodate potholes and rough roads
Luggage/Storage (Shopping, etc)
Appropriate Headlights and indicators
Compact(parking)
Weatherproof
Durable
Parts easy to replace
Minimal theft
Maximize Safety for paggengers (accidents, adult and child restraints)

Low emmisions
Additional requirements for Rural areas:
Shelter in natural disasters
Adaptable to terrain ( Cross Rivers / Over obstacles )
Muddy Terrain

Is this a family car? The vehicle facilitates the family holiday or more generally transportation. But when the vehicle is not in transit, can it have a family benefit? Given theft in Costa rica caan we park it inside? An EV doesnt have oil issues so does it have to remain outside? Could it be assembleable for various trips. can it be addaptable to multi vehicle units for community services like school buses? Will an EV Batterypack power house lighting and utilities? and can teh house be a battery recharger given it has a predictable solar, wind and hydro charing capacity.
